Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to workshop bookings, masterclasses, private chart review sessions, and corporate training arranged by Glowroutebase Ltd. Contact hello@glowroutebase.click or +447700900005 for refund requests.

1. Cooling-off period

If you book online or by email at a distance, you may cancel within fourteen days of payment for a full refund, provided the workshop or session has not yet taken place and you have not received bespoke preparatory materials for corporate training. If the session occurs within the fourteen-day window and you attend, cooling-off rights are considered fulfilled by delivery.

2. Workshop deposits and balances

Breakout Recognition Workshop: £150 deposit, balance due fourteen days before start.

False-Breakout Masterclass: £80 deposit, balance due fourteen days before start.

Deposits are refundable if you cancel more than twenty-eight days before the workshop start date. Cancellations between twenty-eight and fourteen days before start receive a fifty percent deposit refund. Cancellations within fourteen days of start forfeit the deposit.

Balances already paid are refundable in full if you cancel more than twenty-eight days before start. Between twenty-eight and fourteen days, fifty percent of the balance is refunded. Within fourteen days, the balance is non-refundable unless we fill your seat from the waitlist, in which case we refund seventy-five percent of the balance.

3. Rescheduling

You may transfer to a later date once without fee if we receive notice at least fourteen days before your booked date and the target date has availability. Second transfers incur a £40 administration fee. Rescheduling within fourteen days is treated as cancellation plus a new booking.

4. Private chart review sessions

Full payment is due at booking. Cancel or reschedule at least forty-eight hours before the session for a full refund or free reschedule. Cancellations within forty-eight hours receive no refund but may reschedule once with a £25 fee. No-shows forfeit the session fee.

5. Corporate training

Deposits for on-site corporate days are non-refundable once workbooks are printed with your company name or customised content. Cancellation more than thirty days before the event: refund of fees paid minus deposit and any printing costs incurred. Within thirty days: fifty percent of remaining fees refunded if we cannot reallocate the date.

6. Cancellation by Glowroutebase

If we cancel a workshop due to instructor illness or venue failure, you may choose a full refund or transfer to the next available date. We are not liable for travel or accommodation costs you have incurred, but we will assist with reasonable notice to your alternative plans.

7. Non-refundable items

• Deposits forfeited under the timelines above
• Printed custom corporate materials once ordered
• Sessions marked as no-show
• Email chart review weeks already delivered under the thirty-day alumni window

8. Partial refunds

If you leave a multi-day workshop after day one due to personal emergency, we may offer a partial credit toward a future date at our discretion. No partial cash refunds for voluntary departure without documented emergency.

9. Refund process and timing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within fourteen working days. Bank transfers may take additional clearing time. We email confirmation when the refund is initiated.

10. How to request a refund

Email hello@glowroutebase.click with your name, booking date, and reason. Include your invoice reference. We acknowledge within two working days and decide within five working days.
